The Community run Wailakurini guest house is 8km South of Ossu village in Viqueque, just near Loihunu village. If you pass a large waterfall on your left hand side, turn back 100m and take the unpaved road going up the hill.


We are situated amongst beautiful mountain scenery overlooking Mundu Perdidu and right upon a river that you can swim in. We can organise several activities including guides for Mundu Perdidu hiking, exploring the Lekiraka caves which served as a Fretilin resistance command post, and history tellers and cultural performances.


Deluxe rooms are available with either a double bed or twin beds, with ensuite. $45 per night. A third bed can be added for an extra $10. Traditional Houses can also be rented for $50 per night.


Breakfast is included for all guests, extra meals are available for $7 per person upon request.
